Financial aid disbursements are made to students through the CCC Business Office. When the CCC Bookstore opens for the term, any student whose aid is greater than their balance is allowed to use the remaining aid to purchase books and supplies through the bookstore. Students may opt out of this service by choosing not to go to the CCC bookstore to make purchases.

WITHDRAWAL/DROP OUT OF SCHOOL – To earn 100% of your aid, you must complete 60% of the school term. Withdrawing or stopping out of school before completing 60% of the school term, may result in you owing a balance to the school. Not completing the school term can also affect future financial aid eligibility.

Any aid remaining after purchasing books and/or supplies will be refunded to the student according to the disbursement schedule below.
